Los solicitantes consideran que la magistrada se encuentra impedida para participar en el proceso de la referencia, toda vez que en ella se configuran las causales previstas en los artículos 25 y 26 del Decreto 2067 de 1991, correspondientes a haber dado concepto sobre la constitucionalidad de la disposición acusada; haber intervenido en la expedición de la disposición objeto de control y tener interés en la decisión.
La Corte decidió RECHAZAR, por falta de pertinencia, la recusación formulada.
